For help later today, create a post describing your problem and choose a time slot. Experts who can help will send you offers, and once you accept one, the time and price are confirmed.
Each expert has a per-minute fee, shown on their profile before you call or book. There is no subscription.

Yes, any time before it starts. Cancelling within 15 minutes of booking is free. After that, a cancellation charge applies, which increases as the start time approaches, and the rest is returned to your wallet.
If the expert cancels, you receive a full refund.
